By accessing and using Combine PDF (the "Service") at combinepdf.se, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Combine PDF is a free web tool that lets users combine multiple PDFs into a single document. The Service runs entirely in your browser without uploading files to our servers.

  • Combine up to 20 PDF files or images
  • No file size limit (bounded by your browser memory)
  • No registration or account required
  • 100% client‑side processing
  • No watermarks added to output files

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide continuous availability but cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6.2 No Warranties

IN NO EVENT WILL COMBINE PDF, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6.4 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Combine PDF and its licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your breach of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third‑party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material we’ll try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts in Sweden.

11. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
